OVEN INSERT CASE
The Icebridge Oven Insert Case
is designed to transport ice cream
and chilled or frozen meals, it is
used with mop/up1™ Trolley. De-
pending on freezing needs, it can
take 1-3 Cooling Cassettes. Handy
cap with metal handle makes easy
to take a product out from the box.

WET ICE BOX
The Icebridge Wet Ice Box
Small and Large are designed to
transport ice cream and chilled or
frozen meals.
Wet Ice Boxes are used with
mop/up1, -2, -3™ Trolleys.
Ice cubes stay fresh and solid for
up to 20 hours with only 10% loss
due to melting.
The Cooling Cassette is
custom designed to fit inside
trolleys, the Oven Insert
Case, Wet Ice Boxes and
Cooling Chests.
Cooling Cassettes are
refreezable and reusable.
They are stable cooling or
freezing for any kind of food
and beverages. Liquid cool-
ing agents ranging from -3 °C
to -22 °C.
Freezing and chilling for up
to 30 hours without dry ice or
electricity.
Easy to handle and refreeze
in freezers.
Cooling cassettes are food
safe according to
interntional standards.
Washable in the catering
tunnel washing machine.
