Hygienic, quality food is a key ingredient in a successful food
promotion. mop/up™ uses containers that keep fresh food in
the trolleys under hygienic conditions (+1 – +7 °C) for up to
23 hours and keeps food frozen (-18 °C) for up to 36 hours.
We can use Cooling Cassettes or dry ice as a cooling source.
All products are compatible with standard Ace, KSSU and
Atlas equipment. Products are extremely durable, ultra-light
weight and washable in standard catering tunnel washing
machines.
