NEWS 2024 100 % Ökostrom ISO 9001 5 Für eine lebenswerte Zukunft – Klio-Eterna erhält das Umwelt- zertifikat EMAS Mit den Leitsätzen: „Unsere grüne Handschrift“ und „Für eine lebenswerte Zukunft“ geht Klio-Eterna den nächsten Schritt in Sachen Nachhaltigkeit. Seit Januar 2024 trägt das Unternehmen das Umweltzertifikat EMAS. EMAS ist das weltweit anspruchsvollste System für nachhaltiges Umweltmanage- ment und wir unterstreichen damit unsere nachhaltige Unternehmensfüh- rung. Im Zuge von EMAS kommunizieren wir unser Engagement, sowohl nach innen, als auch nach außen und binden dabei Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen aktiv ein. Durch die Zertifizierung leisten wir einen wirksamen Beitrag zum Um- weltschutz, da die Vorgaben weit über die ISO 14001 Anforderungen hinaus ge- hen und durch EMAS der Umwelt- und Klimaschutz aktiv im Unternehmensall- tag gelebt wird. Schon seit Jahren verbessern wir kontinuierlich unsere Energiebilanz. In der Vorbereitung auf EMAS haben wir weitreichende Reduzierungen in vielen Umweltbereichen erreicht, unter anderem im Energieverbrauch, in der Abfallreduzierung und Vermeidung und im Materialverbrauch. For a livable future - Klio-Eterna receives the environmental certificate EMAS With the guiding statements: „Our green signature“ and „For a livable future“, Klio-Eterna is taking the next step concerning sustainability. The company has been certified by EMAS since January 2024. EMAS is the world‘s most advanced system for sustainable environmental management, and we use it to confirm our sustainable corporate management. As part of EMAS, we communicate our engagement both internally and exter- nally and actively involve our employees. The certification enables us to make an effective contribution to environmental protection, as the specifications go far beyond the ISO 14001 requirements and EMAS means that environmental and climate protection is actively practised in our everyday business. We have been continuously improving our energy balance for years. In pre- paration for EMAS, we have achieved significant reductions in many environ- mental areas, including energy consump- tion, waste reduction and avoidance and material consumption. Depuis janvier 2024, l‘entreprise est titulaire du certificat environnemental EMAS. EMAS est le système de gestion environ- nementale durable le plus performant au monde et nous soulignons ainsi la durabilité de notre gestion d´entreprise. Dans le cadre de l‘EMAS, nous communiquons notre en- gagement, tant en interne qu‘en externe, et nous impliquons activement nos employés. Grâce à cette certification, nous contribuons efficacement à la protection de l‘environ- nement, comme les spécifications d´EMAS vont bien au-delà des normes ISO 14001. EMAS nous permet de vivre activement la protection de l‘environnement et du climat dans le quotidien de l‘entreprise. Depuis des années, nous améliorons conti- nuellement notre bilan énergétique. Dans le cadre de la préparation à l‘EMAS, nous avons réalisé des réductions importantes dans de nombreux domaines environ- nementaux, notamment en matière de consommation d‘énergie, de réduction et de prévention des déchets et de gestion des matières premières. Nous nous efforçons en outre de poursuivre l‘optimisation de ces domaines, ainsi que d´autres domaines environnementaux dans les années à venir.
