Victorinox watches are subjected to rigorous testing and numerous quality controls before they are distributed. This warranty offers specific legal rights; other rights may also apply that vary from state to state or country to country. TRAVEL GEAR 1 + 10 YEARS WARRANTY During the first twelve months of ownership, your product is covered by the Victorinox Total Protection Program. This includes manufacturing defects, normal wear and tear, airline handling and transit damage. From the beginning of the second until the end of the eleventh year of ownership, your product is covered by the Victorinox Quality Warranty Program. This includes manufacturing defects and normal wear and tear with the exceptions of seams, stitching, fabric and zipper tape. GLOBAL TWO-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY Products covered by the Global Two-Year Limited Warranty are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the date of original purchase. If such a defect appears during the warranty period, Victorinox will repair the product or replace it, as appropriate and at our discretion, with the same or an equivalent model, free of charge.
