Präzision in Höchstform Alle Kunststoffkomponenten unserer Schreib- geräte werden in der hauseigenen Spritzerei produziert – und das mit höchster Präzision an insgesamt 20 Spritzgussmaschinen. Das Kunststoffgranulat wird automatisch in einen Trichter der Maschine gefüllt, von wo es in den Zylinder gelangt. Dort wird das Gra- nulat durch Heizelemente und Scherung so erhitzt, dass es plastisch und zähflüssig wird. Anschließend wird der zähflüssige Kunststoff unter hohem Druck durch eine Schnecke in eine präzise gefertigte Spritzgussform einge- spritzt. Diese Form besteht aus zwei Hälften, die zusammen das Negativ des gewünschten Teils bilden. In der Form wird der Kunststoff durch ein Kühlsystem, meist mit Wasser, abgekühlt. Dadurch erstarrt der Kunststoff, nimmt die gewünschte Form an und wird an- schließend aus der Form ausgestoßen. Besondere Aufmerksamkeit gilt dabei den Werkzeugen: Durch unsere eigene Instand- haltung stellen wir sicher, dass die Spritzguss- werkzeuge regelmäßig gewartet und gereinigt werden, um unsere hohen Qualitätsstandards jederzeit zu gewährleisten. Les granulés de plastique sont automatique- ment versés dans une trémie de la machine, d'où ils sont introduits dans le cylindre. Là, les granulés sont chauffés par des éléments chauffants et un cisaillement de manière à ce qu'ils deviennent plastiques et visqueux. Le plastique visqueux est ensuite injecté sous haute pression par une vis sans fin dans un moule d'injection fabriqué avec précision. Ce moule est composé de deux moitiés qui forment ensemble le négatif de la pièce sou- haitée. Dans le moule, le plastique est refroidi par un système de refroidissement, général- ement à l'eau. Cela permet au plastique de se solidifier, de prendre la forme souhaitée et d'être ensuite éjecté du moule. Les outils font l'objet d'une attention particu- lière : grâce à notre propre maintenance, nous veillons à ce que les outils de moulage par injection soient régulièrement entretenus et nettoyés afin de garantir à tout moment nos normes de qualité élevées. The plastic granulate is automatically filled into a hopper of the machine, from where it enters the cylinder. There, the granulate is heated by heating elements and shearing so that it becomes plastic and viscous. The viscous plastic is then injected under high pressure through a screw into a precisely ma- nufactured injection mould. This mould con- sists of two halves, which together form the negative of the desired part. In the mould, the plastic is cooled by a cooling system, usually with water. As a result, the plastic solidifies, takes on the desired shape and is then ejected from the mould. Special attention is paid to the tools: our in-house maintenance department ensures that the injection moulding tools are regularly serviced and cleaned in order to guarantee our high quality standards at all times.
