24 PEFC- und FSC®-Zertifizierung Als Produzent aus dem Schwarzwald freut es uns, PEFC-und FSC®- zertifizierte Holzschreibgeräte garantieren zu können und somit zum Schutz von nachhaltigen Rohstoffen beizutragen. Für uns ist es eine Selbstverständlichkeit, an diesem Verfahren zur nachhaltigen Waldbewirtschaftung und zum Schutz eines wichtigen Rohstoffes teilzunehmen. PEFC garantiert, dass Holz- und Papierprodukte aus nachhaltig bewirtschafteten Wäldern stammen. Mit einer Fläche von über 265 Millionen Hektar zertifizierter Waldfläche garantiert PEFC als größtes Waldzertifizierungssystem weltweit ausreichend Rohstoffmengen. Und rund 1,44 Million Hektar Wald sind in Deutschland FSC® zertifiziert. Dank dieser Zertifizierung übernehmen wir bei uma gesellschaftliche Verantwortung, denn wir unterstützen den verantwortungsbewussten Umgang mit Ressourcen und setzen uns somit für den aktiven Beitrag zum Erhalt der Wälder ein. PEFC guarantees that wood and paper products made from sustainably managed forest. With an area of over 265 million hectare of certified forest area, PEFC guarantees as the largest forest certification system, sufficient quantities of raw materials are available worldwide. And about 1.44 million hectares German forests are FSC® certificated. Thanks to this certification, uma assumes social responsibility, because we support responsible handling resources and are therefore committed to making an active contribution to the preservation of the forests.
